David leads entitlement strategy and the relationships that move projects — county planning departments, engineers, title officers, and the builder network that takes delivery of finished ground. He has guided transactions across Arizona from raw acreage to closing, deal after deal, cycle after cycle.

Seven-plus years in Arizona land. Nathan sources and underwrites every acquisition the firm makes — and built the proprietary parcel-intelligence platform behind it, covering ownership, access, water, and distress signals on more than half a million parcels statewide. Data finds the deal; Nathan walks the dirt before the firm signs.
